On 27th September, I experienced one of the most meaningful moments of my journey. I was invited as a Special Guest for the Induction Program at the prestigious Sanghavi College of Engineering—the same college where I once studied.

During the event, I received a warm welcome from the students and immense respect from the faculty.
The college honored me as “Our Alumni, Our Pride”, a moment that genuinely touched my heart.
There was a time when I sat in those classrooms with dreams.
And today, I stood on the stage guiding the next batch of young minds starting their journey.
As part of the program, I conducted an ATS Resume Masterclass, where I taught students:
How to create an ATS-friendly resume
Professional formatting techniques
What freshers should include in their resumes
Common mistakes to avoid
What real hiring standards look like
The session received an amazing response.
Students shared that it was the first time they clearly understood what companies actually look for.
The vision of Spiceinfo has always been clear:
Empower students with real technical knowledge
Build modern and impactful digital solutions
Strengthen youth through practical skills
Bridge the gap between education and industry
Being invited by a reputed college like Sanghavi is proof that our work is making a real impact.

The most emotional moment for me was when I was introduced not as a student—but as a Founder.
Same campus.
Same halls.
But a completely new identity.
Moments like these remind me why I started this journey and inspire me to aim even higher.
27th September will always remain a memorable day for me—
A journey from Student to Guest, Learner to Leader, and Classroom to the Stage.
For Spiceinfo, this is just the beginning.
We’re growing, evolving, and aiming for bigger milestones ahead.
And your support keeps us moving forward.
During the ceremony, the college honored me with the title:
“Our Alumni, Our Pride.”
Hearing those words on a stage where I once sat in the audience gave me a sense of responsibility—and a deep sense of gratitude.
It reminded me that success is not just about reaching new places; sometimes, it’s about returning to the same place—but as a better version of yourself.
As part of the induction program, I took a full session on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Resume Building, something that is extremely important for today’s job market.
How ATS works behind the scenes
How companies filter resumes automatically
How to structure a resume to pass ATS screening
The difference between a normal resume and a professional resume
Mistakes that most freshers unknowingly make
How to highlight skills even without work experience
Real examples of resumes that get shortlisted
The students were fully engaged, asking questions, taking notes, and trying to understand how they can build a stronger corporate identity from day one.
Several faculty members personally appreciated the session, saying it was one of the most practical and industry-relevant sessions students had attended.

Spiceinfo started with a simple vision:
To empower students with real skills and help them grow beyond traditional learning.
Today, Spiceinfo is known for:
High-quality digital solutions
Student-focused training
Tech-driven transformation
Practical workshops and corporate sessions
Helping youth prepare for the real world
The invitation from Sanghavi College is proof that Spiceinfo isn't just a brand—it’s becoming a bridge between education and industry.

Standing in front of hundreds of freshers, I shared my journey:
How I began as an ordinary student
How I failed, learned, and improved
How Spiceinfo was built from scratch
How important consistency and patience are
Why skills matter more than degrees
And how every student can create their own path
I reminded them:
“You don’t have to be great to start.
But you have to start to become great.”
Many students later approached me saying the session changed their outlook toward their career.

The highlight for me was when the host introduced me with the words:
“An entrepreneur, a leader, and the proud founder of Spiceinfo.”
Hearing that in my own college made me pause for a second.
The same classrooms…
The same corridors…
But a completely new identity.
That moment wasn’t just mine—it belonged to my journey, my struggles, my team, and everyone who supported me.
